We discovered the Pililia flying site year 2019 early Covid time. ThereWe have 2 flying sites in Pililia. One is beside of Montealegre farm. The other one is on the middle of Mt. Sembrano. But, it needs some hiking.
We fly here during the rainy season. From May to to October. Driving distance is 40Km from EDSA. And it takes 1.5-2h driving from Manila. However, this flying site is very well known for the strong thermal lifting you up easily a few hundred meters. And you can fly long ridge to the left up to top of mountain Sembrano. And, windmill farm to the right side. If it’s high humidity, you can easily experience flying in to the clouds.
