A pioneer of paragliding in the Philippines, bringing over 30 years of flight experience and two decades of instruction. As lead instructor and booking manager for Cloudbase Paragliding, he dedicated his career to training pilots, advancing air sports safety, and sharing the freedom of flight.

Buko Raymundo

Tandem Pilot

Randell “Buko” Raymundo is a pioneer of Philippine paragliding and an experienced tandem pilot and instructor. A SEA Games gold medalist and aerial sports specialist, he has played a pivotal role in developing local flying sites like Carmona and promoting paragliding and speedflying safety across the country.

Uwe Klein is a German pilot and skydiver who founded High 5 Paragliding in the Philippines in 2013. Bringing over 30 years of aviation experience and thousands of successful flights, he has been a key figure in introducing, developing, and promoting safe tandem paragliding across local sites.
